Health Goals Checklist
What we don’t think about, we don’t do. Nourishing choices can be hard to turn into habits if we’re not used to doing them daily. Hang this puppy on your fridge or somewhere else you’ll see it throughout the day so that you can begin building those new habits!
Blank Meal Plan
I don’t know what I’d do without my meal plans. I personally do a 4 week rotation and when we get sick of something, we replace it with something else for a while. Works great for my family! On each meal plan, I also include notes about any prep work I need to do that day as well as any items I’m going to need to buy for that week. I pray this helps you become more intentional with planning out some nourishing meals for you and your people!
Blank Grocery List
This is what I use weekly for our grocery shopping trips. After creating my meal plan, I make a list to coordinate with it so nothing is forgotten and nothing is wasted.
Ephesians 6:12 Worksheet
People are not our enemy. But our true enemy would love for you to think that! When you can properly distinguish the difference between who God made that person to be, and the choices they’re making, you’ll be better equipped to handle them in your life. It will become easier to forgive and easier to move on from any rubbish they bring into your life.
What I Like About How God Made Me Worksheet (and a version for kids too!)
Humans can be so hard on ourselves! We pick on all of our flaws instead of noticing all of our fabulousness! No, we’re not perfect, but criticizing what God made and declared “good” is only harming your beautiful self. Thank Him for how He made you (He doesn’t make mistakes!!) and for all of your wonderful abilities!
Renew Your Mind Worksheet
If we could pick a winner for “most life-changing” {yes, you read that correctly: LIFE-CHANGING} tool, this would be it. Friends, this is beyond valuable to your spiritual growth. Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.” This will help you take captive your thoughts {2 Corinthians 10:5}, and sort through which are Truth and which are lies. This is the key to maintaining or rebuilding good mental and spiritual health. We use this worksheet DAILY in our home and encourage you to as well! It’s great for all ages!
Self-Care Audit questionnaire
This is step one. Don’t even know where you should focus or what you should work on? This will help you figure it out. This is something you’ll want to do regularly to note growth in certain areas and opportunities for growth in others.
4 P’s Self-Care Planner
We love this one! Remember when we talked about the 4 P’s? This planner was made to go right along with those principles. This is a weekly planner that will keep you on track and growing in the right direction. And it gives you the accountability you need!
15 Self-Care Tips for Christians
This was our original freebie, so you may already have it. It just a basic list of how you can better care for yourself. But let’s face it… sometimes life is so crazy, we don’t even think of the most basic things we should be doing to care for ourselves.
My Self-Care Plan {blank for you to fill out}
This is a blank version of the above list. This way, you can write in the things you need to focus on the most and keep it posted somewhere as a reminder.
Plus, this sweet printable for you to frame for your house or office!
We also have some encouragement for your walls or desk or kitchen counter- wherever you spend your time. Keep those healthy thoughts at the forefront of your mind!
