- half scoop plant-based protein powder
- ¼ t pumpkin pie spice
- 1 date (removed seed)
- 3-4 frozen pureed pumpkin cubes
- 1 frozen coconut milk cube
- ½ t chia seeds
- ⅓ frozen banana
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Blend until smooth
- Top with fresh coconut milk or cream and an extra pinch of pie spice if desired
