Ingredients
  • 8-10 large carrots
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1 small knob ginger
  • 3-4 ribs celery
  • 1-2 beets
  • optional: 1 small handful parsley or cilantro
  • Anything else you want to throw in!
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly wash everything
  2. Chop ends and cut everything into chunks that will fit into the juicer
  3. Chop the celery into 1-inch pieces to keep the strings from wrapping around the juicing blades
  4. Juice according to the directions for your particular juicer
  5. Enjoy the taste of fresh produce!
